Viewing of your property
Let's arrange an appointment to get to know each other and view your apartment.
In order to have a complete picture of your property and to be able to estimate its value, we need every possible information and documentation in your possession:
- protocols of the last condominium owners' meetings
- yearly extract of the maintenance reserve fund
- economic plans
- energy certificate
- Partition deed
WE determine THE selling PRICE together
Evaluation and Mandate
We establish the value of your apartment according to market studies and the following characteristics:
- Year of construction
- Conditions of the Apartment
- Condition of the building
- Floor plan
Once all the characteristic of your building have been considered, we will meet you for signing the mandate. In this occasion we will decide with you the best price for your apartment.
WE PROMOTE YOUR APARTMENT

After signing the mandate we will organize professional pictures and/or videos of the apartment and prepare a detailed description of your property. An exposé containig all the valuable data will be prepared.
Subsequently we will adopt the most suitable marketing strategy to promote your apartment; for example the insertion in various websites and social media.

We will check the reliability of the buyer and help him to chose a notary or financial consultant. We will also be present at the signing of the deed - always ready to give our professional support.
WE ARE AT YOUR Service - ALSO AFTER THE DEED
after the deed
After signing the purchase deed, we will assist you with the following steps:
- The notary takes care of the inscription of the new owner at the local institutions as indicated in the deed (pre-registration of the buyer or the bank (in case of loan) at the land registry), property taxes and introduction of the new owner to the property management (if their approval is required).
- With each of the above mentioned steps completed, the notary sends the buyer an official document requesting to pay the purchase price.
- The seller confirms the notary that he has received the payment.
- The handover can take place as noted in the notarial deed (usually the day after the payment or at the first day of the following month).
- With the official handover, all responsabilities and rights regarding the apartment will pass to the new owner.
- The inscription in the land registry will be completed 2-3 months after the signing of the deed (procedures by the local institutions are quite slow).
We will be at your service during the whole process and will support you with any information you may need. Once the purchase is completed, we can take care of the administration and property management of your new apartment and if necessary: even of your relocation.
